• Once the courier leaves your location, no exchange or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

• Shipping fees are the client’s responsibility in all cases, whether the order is received, refused, returned, or not accepted upon delivery.

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for exchange or refund.

• Orders exceeding 4,000 EGP will be placed on hold until a deposit is received.
