• Please confirm the delivery time and location in advance. If you will not be available at the provided address, kindly reschedule with the courier to ensure successful delivery.

• Please make sure to try the product before making payment, as the courier will allow 5–10 minutes for inspection and fitting before payment is completed.

• Once the courier leaves your location, no exchange or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

• Shipping fees are the client’s responsibility in all cases, whether the order is received, refused, returned, or not accepted upon delivery.

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for exchange or refund.

• Orders exceeding 4,000 EGP will be placed on hold until a deposit is received.

• Items with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange or refund.
